Hello! Welcome to Spark the Heartz Podcast! My name is Lizzie and in this week's episode I just wanted to introduce myself, tell you a little about myself, and why I decided to start this podcast. My intention is to create a safe space for anyone wanting to feel heard, seen, and understood.
